Here on my lab i got this asus motherboard that has an issue on it's VRM, when it turns on I can feel that the cpu doesn't heat up, after some analysis I measured that when the board is empty i have a VCORE voltage of .7 volts, but when putting the CPU on it the VCORE will be 0 volts, I also measured the gate of the mosfets and when the cpu is there it is 0 volts, but when i remove the cpu it is around 2 volts, so I guess it is not some voltage drop on the mosfets and instead some issue with the PWM circuit.
