Hi Guys, Hoping someone can help: Have one of the above for repair where the customer has set the bios administrator password and the Windows password but forgotten them. My software cleared the Windows password but not the Administration password, Is there any way to read or bypass this please ? With the admin password locked in, the laptop is essentially just a door stop.

if you want to unlock the BIOS administrative password, please upload the BIOS bin file, we do the unlock and send it back to you.

and you need to have the BIOS programming tool.
