Hello struggling with assus FX516PR

Hello guys, I hope you all doing good.
I will post back about my experience on the forum as soon as I can, I am struggling with Assus FX516PR R2.0.
The laptop does not turn on, also from what I know the user was charging it from both standard and type-C charger.
