The reason for misalignments the encoder strip is the main cause
Closely look that encoder strip, it has lots of vertical lines. so any dirt or damage in the encoder strip can cause the print quality bad or it may stuck in come error code.
Overtime the encoder strip may get damage or dirty and covered with ink, so printout will be bad in that case we need to replace the strip or clean the strip with clean water or some kind of isopropyl alcohols, don’t use harsh chemicals like thinner .
when the encoder strip is dirty the printer can't read the position of the print head. And some time it print misaligned.
