How to Enable ONVIF on Hikvision IP Camera
To add a Hikvision IP Camera to other branded NVR is need to enable the option in network settings of that particular IP camera
to do that follow the steps below
login to the IP Camera in a web browser using its IP address
Then go to the Network on the left side the screen under that you find advance settings
Under advanced settings click the Integration Protocol tab
under the integration protocol tab tick the Enable Open Network Video Interface
after enabling the Open network video interface, add a user below the user list table box, add the user name and password of that IP Camera, then save it. now you can add this Hikvision IP Camera to a non branded or generic NVR.
