If you have a case like this then you have to check the motherboard with the steps below

MEASURE THESE STEPS AND CHECK

Before that check your adapter is good, and you are checking with the original rated adapter, or the exact voltage you have provided to the laptop's board using a Bench power DC supply and using the proper connector pin

  • Check DC-IN MOSFET'S resistance, Battery MOSFET'S resistance and other MOSFET'S resistance that connected this circuit.
  • Check current sensing resistor's resistance to ground on the 19v rail, Check Battery Coil's resistance after removing the Battery pack.
  • Check the Voltage readings before DC-IN MOSFETS
  • Check voltage readings on the charger IC's every pin
  • Check resistance to ground values of ever pins on charger IC
  • Check Diode mode readings on the SCL and SDA data lines
  • Check voltage reading on adapter ID pin / PSID or check the line with EC/SIO chip that connected with PSID
