Lenovo thinkpad t480

Hi all, I don't know if I am in the right place. I have a Lenovo thinkpad t480 and there are four diodes immediately after the c type USB power socket I assume are Rectifier diodes all four are blown. So I am wondering if anyone here is familiar with this model and Could possibly help me to identify them and let me know? thanks in advance...
 
These are the parts I am looking for, I have uploaded board number and pictures of the board, also have put on there the location of the diodes needed.

All I know is that on the diode it had the letter G with 2 parallel lines

Hopefully I can find some clarity on this as I have have searched everywhere.
