Protection Circuit bypass BD 9397EFV

A resistor (blue component with bands) being added to the circuit board.
The resistor is connected to an Integrated Circuit (IC) labeled "BD 9397EFV" and a ground point, as indicated by the red line.
This modification, involving adding a resistor to a specific pin of the LED driver IC, is a common temporary solution to bypass the protection error and stabilize the TV's operation.
The modification aims to reduce current sensations at the LED short detection circuit, often located at pin 37 of the IC, to resolve the blinking issue.
