Brother let's check that laptop has hardware issues or software issue. For that first you get a pendrive and download live windows 10 boot iso into the pen drive and then boot from pen drive as live OS and then check it. And reply here.

Causes of screen hangs, Hard disk issue, and voltage drops. So first do a windows 10 live boot and run it and check whether the OS and Hard disk works good or not ?
