Repair Help Vrchat not working anymore when Quest 2 is connected to Laptop

My laptop shut down on it's own (I'm Guessing it overheated) when I was playing Vrchat with my quest 2 connected to my PC. It also took a couple mintutes for it to turn back on.

Now when I play Vrchat with my Quest 2 connected to my PC, it just crashes and freezes and I see these weird colored orbs and colored squares in the game. The game works perfectly fine on desktop just not when I play it through my Quest 2 connected to my PC.

I restored my graphics card setting to default from when it came, made sure all the drivers are up to date. even reinstalled the game and still nothing.

Any help would be much appreciated.
